Return & Exchange Policy.
We strongly recommend you to inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. In case you find any problem with your order, please contact us at (416) 551-5551 or email us at email@example.com. Please notify us within 3 days in case of damaged, incorrect or defective item(s) received. Late notifications of this nature are susceptible of not being returned.
IN STOCK ITEMS
Regular priced furniture items stocked by Jalice Interiors in our warehouse can be returned within 10 days of receipt. Please note that your refund amount will be decreased by a restocking fee equal to 10% of the purchase price. Delivery and Shipping fees are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees to have the item(s) returned to the Jalice Interiors Warehouse.
Lighting, Accessories, and Rugs
Regular priced lighting, accessories, and rugs are eligible for a full return within 10 days, free of the restocking fee charge. Shipping and Delivery fees are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees to have the item(s) returned to the Jalice Interiors Warehouse.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND
Floor Models, Altered, Installed, and Clearance Items
All floor models, altered, installed and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Before purchasing any floor model or clearance item, make sure to have a Jalice Interiors staff member with you to inspect its condition.
Custom Products and Special Orders
All custom and special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
- You must return an item within 10 days of purchase.
- Any product accepted for return must be in original and unused condition (item and packaging) accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.
- Returns will be credited using the original method of payment. Cash and Cheque returns will be processed and mailed within 10 days.
- For items that require a pickup to be returned to our warehouse, please contact us at least 5 days before the pickup date to schedule the delivery. Please note that non-scheduled deliveries to our warehouse cannot be received.
- Jalice Interiors is not responsible for any cost of labour, packaging, and delivery of returned items, including any expenses eventually originated by non-notified or non-scheduled return deliveries.
